2.1 E-Books & Digital Guides

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, digital travel guides, and other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the digital content has been accessed.

For online courses and webinars:

  • No refunds will be provided after 7 days of purchase or if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

For live webinars, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. After that time, no refunds will be provided, but you may transfer your registration to another person or receive a recording of the webinar if available.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Newsletter & Content Subscriptions

Our free newsletter subscriptions can be canceled at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email or by contacting our customer support.

For premium content subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but no further charges will be made.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, we will provide a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

3.2 Automatic Renewals

5.1 Tour Packages & Travel Arrangements

For tour packages and travel arrangements booked through our platform:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the departure date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before the departure date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure date: No refund.

5.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all bookings. In most cases, travel insurance premiums are non-refundable after the cooling-off period (typically 14 days from purchase).
